Annual General Membership Meeting

We welcome all club members' attendance and support for our efforts.

At the annual meeting we will be reviewing the 2012-2013 year, discussing plans for 2012-2013, and voting for board candidates as well as a proposed nominal increase in dues. 

All active members in good standing and with current accounts are eligible to vote at the annual meeting.  Full Family members are entitled to cast two votes under their membership category.  All other members in all other categories are entitled to one vote with the exception of honorary members, who are not eligible to vote.  If you have any questions regarding the status of your membership account (and your voting eligibility), please contact the Racquet Club by email at parkhillracquetclub@yahoo.com.
